  34. Jailbird v2.5  <ASP> - Entertaining program to create and print replicas of 
  35. "vanity" license plates.

  39. Jailbird v2.5  <ASP> - JAILBIRD is an entertaining program which allows you 
  40. to create replicas of "vanity" license plates on your screen, and 
  41. optionally print them out on a printer. You can configure your plate for 
  42. any of the 50 United States. Each state includes the current state slogan. 
  43. You can configure your own colors for the on-screen display, the also print 
  44. those colors if you have a supported color printer. JAILBIRD should operate 
  45. on virtually any computer system which has a VGA monitor and card (or 
  46. better) and a mouse.

  86. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete 
  87. Jailbird package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is charged.

  89. Disk vendors who are Approved Vendor Members of the Association of 
  90. Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the 
  91. Jailbird package in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies via 
  92. mail order and direct sales for their normal disk fees. Disk vendors who 
  93. are not members of the ASP, and vendors wishing to sell the Jailbird 
  94. package on in-store racks or on CD-ROM collections *MUST* obtain written 
  95. permission before distributing Jailbird.

  97. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the 
  98. Jailbird package for downloading by their customers unless notified 
  99. otherwise by us.

  101. Non-profit user groups may include the Jailbird package in their libraries 
  102. and distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees unless notified 
  103. otherwise by us.

  105. All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Jailbird package 
  106. with hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a license 
  107. before distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and multiple 
  108. system site licenses are available. We can also arrange for a customized
